This situation can makes slip of vehicle wheels and causes an accident. Porous asphalt is a new generation in flexible pavement. Porous charactheristic can be obtained by using less fine aggregates comparing the normal one so it has more voids. We can expect the pavement has higher skid resistance and its voids can be functioned as drainage in mix.</em> <em>This type of pavement developement also strongly depends on availability of the approriate local material for that we can produce a good performance porous asphalt which is described in this paper. Consideration of&nbsp; so many problems can be taken apart, the research is limited in modification design of asphalt concrete wearing course using porous asphalt mix exploits South Sumatera aggregates.</em> <em>After investigatives classification of aggragates, the fine aggregates (sand) can be reduced significantly to obtain a large amount of voids by 6.1% asphalt used. However, this porous structure also causes defect, mainly the stability degradation in mix. JAKARTA 2019-03-06T04:24:42+00:00 Redaksi Tim Jurnal <p style="text-align: justify;"><em>Successful projects require an increase in project performance to maintain development aesthetics and productivity. </em><em>Civil Engineer</em><em> need</em><em>s</em><em> to know the indicators in improving project performance. The research aims to identify key performance indicators that include quality, cost, and time criteria in the contractor's perspective and models of indicators that have a significant influence on the project of regional high-rise residential using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) - Partial Least methods Square (PLS). The study was us</em><em>ed</em><em> a questionnaire survey. Questionnaires containing performance indicators were developed using a fishbone diagram approach and verified through interviews with experts in construction projects. The result used to determine the level of importance of indicators with the SEM-PLS method. The results show 40 performance indicators identified in the study. All indicators are grouped in 5 criteria, namely: Human Resources, equipment, material, work methods, and finance. The results of the SmartPLS calculation show a model with 18 main indicators that have an influence on project performance on the criteria of cost, quality and time. Damage in Indonesia is generally caused by excessive loading. The cause of damage to this pavement requires the use of material for higher quality road pavement in the form of aggregate material as a filler and asphalt as a binder. The addition of rubber waste to the concrete asphalt mixture is a solution for highway planning and reducing pollution of rubber waste produced by rubber factories. From the results of the addition of rubber waste mixture affect the flexibility and durability of asphalt, Marshall Quotien value and residual Marshall Stability that affect flexibility and durability when compared with normal mixtures decreased, the decrease in value was due to the number of cavities in the test object mixed with rubber waste. The productivity measure obtained from this analysis is the labor utilization rate (LUR). PT. Total Bangun Persada, one of the stakeholders that applies innovation to increase the effectiveness of that is by using the rail climbing system as a solution to the problems faced. This study will compare the time effectiveness of conventional systems using corewall using the rail climbing system which was analyzed using cyclone to obtain effective repeat cycles. This condition is seen during peak hours, namely during working hours and returning to work so that research is needed to reduce congestion and accidents that occur. Calculation of performance intersection use MKJI 1997. File of this research that got from survey in two times on one day, those are morning and afternoon. The results of the intersection research for the existing conditions produce a degree of saturation (DS) of 1.07. This value exceeds the limit suggested by MKJI 1997 for unsigned intersections (DS &lt;0.75). some alternatives are used to improve the performance of the intersection. Alternative I is an unsignalized intersection by giving a traffic signal and produces DS = 0.92. Alternative II with geometric widening of road and traffic signal generating value DS = 0.74 and delay 32.16 det / smp. In pavement concrete roads are required to have good flexural strength, providing </em><em>sufficient</em><em> comfort for drivers and durability. To answer the demands, it is necessary to conduct research and experiment, one of the ways is by using added materials (admixture). This study aims to determine the effect of the addition of fly ash, plastic </em><em>dodol, mille</em><em> scale and superplasticizer to the flexural strength of concrete. Concrete is planned with fc 29.05 or K-350 with fly ash as much as 10% of cement weight, plastic waste </em><em>dodol</em><em> waste 0.15%, 0.25% and 0.35% of sand weight, 5% mill scale of weight of sand and superplasticizer as much as 2% of the water weight.
