The tube was just operated for 2 months (1440 hours) since the commissioning. The leaking might be caused by the aggressive working environment of the tube. This aggressive environment might also decrease the performance of material properties. The objective of the research is to investigate the tube material properties after 2 months operation. The material properties was analysed using mechanical, visual and metallography test, i.e. tensile test, hardness test, optical microscope as well as SEM/EDX. It is observed that the yield tregth and UTS of the tube are within SA210 C carbon steel standard. Hardness of the tube is slightly lower than SA210 C standard.. Visual inspection both on fireside and waterside shows corrosion attack. SEM shows pitting corrosion on the inner surface. Heat Recovery Steam&nbsp; Generator (HRSG) peralatan yang memiliki prinsip kerja seperti boiler, sumber energi dari gas buang turbin gas yang memiliki temperatur tinggi. Permasalahan yang timbul pada HRSG adalah terjadinya kebocoran pipa yang beakibat pada efisiensi <em>HRSG</em>. Dengan <em>Overhaul</em> yaitu mengganti pipa, pembersihan dinding tube, dan isolasi HRSG, dan pluging tube, maka overhoul berdampak pada penurunan temperatur rata-rata logaritmik (LMTD) dan kenaikan panas Q HRSG. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis dampak penurunan temperatur LMTD terhadap unjuk kerja <em>HRSG</em> sebelum dan sesudah <em>overhaul</em>. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptip dengan melakukan studi kasus di PLTGU Tambaok Lorok Unit 2 Semarang. Data-data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian diambil langsung dari CCR PLTGU Tambak Lorok Unit 2 Semarang. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh hasil bahwa setelah kegiatan overhoul mengakibatkan terjadinya penurunan perbedaan temperature LMTD, dan menaikan jumlah panas pada HRSG. In daily life various security measures can be carried out through communication devices used by managers, when managing users as a step to integrate several different applications can be done by optimizing the server radius as the authentication and authorization stages for multi-application login process called mikhmon. this is to implement an authentication and authorization system for the multi-application mikhmond login process by optimizing the use of the radius server. Dikarenakan hal ini, dalam beberapa tahun terakhir dikembangan alat ukur virtual untuk “mengukur” debit air pada kondensor dan evaporator. Non original (NOM) diesel engine piston rings are heat treated with a holding time of 1.2 and 3 hours then hardness test, metallograhic test and chemical composition test.From the results of these test, compared with the results of the original diesel engine piston ring (OM) and piston ring (NOM) tests which were not subjected to heat treatment. The results obtained show a significant different between the OM piston ring and NOM piston ring with a hold time of 1. 2 and 3 hours especially in the hardness value. For OM and NOM piston ring elements 0f 77.5% and 89.2%, while carbon elements have the same value of </em><em>&gt;4 %</em><em>. Whereas the results of microstructure testing show that the shape of graphite from several materials is different, both in form and size of graphite. Semakin banyak pihak yang menaruh perhatian terhadap hal ini. Salah satu pihak yang banyak berhubungan langsung dengan kepuasan dan ketidakpuasan di perguruan tinggi adalah mahasiswa. Persaingan yang semakin ketat, banyaknya perguruan tinggi yang terlibat dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan dan keinginan mahasiswa menyebabkan setiap perguruan tinggi menempatkan orientasi pada kepuasan mahasiswa sebagai tujuan utama sehingga&nbsp; semakin banyak pihak yang menaruh perhatian terhadap kepuasan dan ketidakpuasan mahasiswa di peguruan tinggi. To reduce pressure in the condenser, a vacuum pump is used. Vacuum pump engine maintenance in this study is in form of preventive maintenance (repairs carried out with the schedule scheduled by the component factory and/or by user experience), etc. This is because maintenance that is considered to be affordable both in terms of cost and field implementation in our country for power plants currently is preventive maintenance. What will be discussed here is preventive maintenance at the vacuum pump unit 1 of PT Indonesia Power PLTGU Tambak Lorok, Semarang.
